Scholarship Application
Deadline to Apply is 12:00 midnight on November 30, 2021.
This scholarship application is available only to students of African Heritage who are residents of the State of Washington and currently enrolled in a school of nursing, leading to an RN degree or higher. Registered nurse applicants must be members of the Mary Mahoney Professional Nurses Organization.
Please take the time to carefully read the instructions below.
Have all of your scholarship application materials ready. The application will ask for education, employment history, references, community activities, awards, and honors.
You will also be asked to upload:
- Two current letters of reference from former teachers, faculty, community residents, supervisors, or others who can provide substantive information about your academic and volunteer activities
- One unofficial transcript
- One essay
Starred fields are required. Partially completed applications cannot be saved and incomplete applications will disqualify the applicant.
